The Viola Ribbed Lace Nightgown is cut from 22-momme mulberry silk with a French seam finish. The top has a notched lapel, piped hem, and mother-of-pearl buttons. The trousers sit on a flat elastic waist with a straight, slightly cropped leg. Cut for a relaxed fit — true to size for the intended drape, size up for an oversized read.

Cool in summer, warm in winter — the same set, both. Silk is a breathable protein fibre, and it works in two directions. In heat it moves warmth and moisture off your skin, so it never clings on a hot night. In cold, the weave holds a thin layer of warm air close to the body, so it insulates without bulk. It's the most temperature-regulating fabric we make — one set for a Sicilian August and a Stockholm January alike.
